Your Story Starts Here

Tell us what you’re envisioning, and our team will help you choose the photography, film, or content service that best fits your needs.

Before You Hire Us

Do you have a photo studio we can visit?2026-10-20T08:47:27-06:00

We don’t work from a fixed studio location. Our studio is mobile: we bring professional lighting and studio equipment to you and can set up almost anywhere, from your home, office, or vacation rental to a hotel, event venue, or the beach.

That means you don’t have to travel to us, and your photos are taken in the space that best fits your project. Tell us where you’d like your session and we’ll confirm the setup that works best.

Do you take passport or ID photos?2026-10-20T08:47:30-06:00

No, we don’t offer passport, visa, or ID photos. Those photos have to meet strict government size and background rules, and a local print shop or photo studio can usually do them while you wait.

What we do offer is professional photography for weddings, families, events, real estate, and vacation rentals in Jacó and across Costa Rica. If you’re planning one of those, we’d love to hear from you.

Does Pacific Photography travel outside of Costa Rica?2026-10-20T08:47:34-06:00

Yes, absolutely. While we are based in Costa Rica, we regularly travel for projects both locally and internationally.

Our team has provided services in destinations such as Texas, New York, Canada, Jamaica, and beyond. We are always excited to take on new locations and bring our services wherever our clients need us.

If you’re planning a project outside of Costa Rica, simply reach out with your details and we’ll provide a custom quote, including all travel logistics to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

How do we pay?2026-10-20T08:47:37-06:00

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which officially reserves your date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or event.

We offer multiple convenient payment options, including:
Credit Card (via secure invoice), PayPal, Local Bank Transfer, and Cash (USD or CRC).
Please note that payments may appear under Pacific Marketing Agency, Pacific Photography, or REY Design, depending on the processing method.

When will I receive our photos?2026-10-20T08:47:40-06:00

Our delivery timelines are designed to ensure every image and video is carefully selected, edited, and presented at the highest quality:

  • Photography Sessions: Delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks
  • Video Production: Delivered within approximately 2–4 weeks
  • Weddings: Delivered within approximately 4–5 weeks

All final content is delivered through a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your files. Your gallery will remain active for 6 months, so we recommend downloading and backing up your content within this timeframe.

Please note that the number of images provided represents a minimum guaranteed amount. In most cases, you will receive more, as we always aim to deliver the best selection of images from your session.

Rafa es lo mejor de lo mejor, muy profesional y la vez te sientes en confianza para decirle lo que gusta y lo que no. Las fotografías son increíblemente buenas y los videos igual! No lo cambiamos por nada.

There are truly not enough words to describe how exceptional this team is. From the very beginning, Jonathan and his team brought not only incredible professionalism, but also a level of warmth and care that made us feel completely at ease. On the day of the wedding, they were everywhere they needed to be capturing every moment without ever feeling intrusive and their presence was simply a joy.

The final result left us speechless.

The video feels like a short film of our love story. It is emotional, beautifully edited, and so thoughtfully crafted that it brings us to tears every single time we watch it. They didn’t just document our wedding, they captured the feeling, the energy, and the essence of who we are as a couple.

The photos are just as extraordinary. Every image is crisp, vibrant, and perfectly composed. They managed to capture both the big, unforgettable moments and the small, intimate details that make the day so special. And beyond their talent, their service is truly next level.

Jonathan and his team were attentive, kind, and incredibly professional throughout the entire experience. They anticipated our needs, guided us when needed, and made everything feel effortless. The drone footage added an entirely new dimension capturing the ceremony, the beach, and the celebration from breathtaking perspectives that made everything feel even more magical.

If you are looking for a photography and videography team that will not only deliver stunning visuals but will truly capture your story in the most authentic and beautiful way, this is it.

We are beyond grateful and we would choose them again without hesitation.

Pacific Photography CR (specifically Johnathan & Rafael) was AMAZING to work with. We would highly recommend using them for all of your photography needs.

My husband and I got married near Jaco on Valentine's day. From planning and coordination, to the wedding itself, to the overall service throughout the experience, Johnathan was a 20/10.

You can tell he has a good eye for all things photography, which put me right at ease on wedding day. Honestly...Johnathan was just an overall amazing person to have around for any stressed bride, haha! He is patient, calming, and gave great directions for what he wanted us to do. And, we were so thankful for his direction. The photos and videos are AMAZING. Pacific Photography will always be one of the best parts about our wedding!

Also, I would be remise if I did not mention Johnathan's partner during our wedding - Rafael. Rafael and Jonathan were really the dynamic duo throughout the 2 day event! Great energy, great service, great everything. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They also took time to capture all of the "little details" throughout the day. As someone who took time planning all of those details, I am so thankful Johnathan and Rafael took the time to beautifully capture those special parts of our day.

Thank you Johnathan and Rafael for everything. <3 We cannot recommend you enough!
