Reserving with us

ª Choose to have the photographers/videographers arrive earlier for pre-ceremony wedding preparations, or if you prefer, have them come for the ceremony and stay afterward to cover part of the reception (within the selected coverage). º The team size of photographers/videographers may change depending on the event; you’ll be notified upon confirmation. * Tax (VAT 13%) is not included. Tips are not included in the pricing, but are always welcome. Additional time rate is $100/hour. Turnaround for weddings is typically within the four to five-week range.

Payments accepted: PayPal, Credit Card (via invoice link), Local Bank Transfer, & Cash (USD/CRC).

Rates for Central Valley (San Jose) – Central Pacific (Jaco). External rates are available and will be supplied by an agent. An additional fee may include transportation, lodging, and other expenses. All Services require a minimum 50% deposit to HOLD the dates/reservation. Payment of the balance is due on the day of the session. Prices do not include prints, and we will send all files digitally. Waiting to reserve can result in no available dates. We always recommend reserving within an anticipated timeframe. 

Our cancellation policy

Contact us within 48 hours of paying your deposit to receive a full refund of your deposit. After that, no deposit refunds will be given since we are reserving the date and time and blocking our calendar (rescheduling may apply). Be aware that there are processing fees for each transaction that are forfeited when a refund is requested. Some circumstances are beyond our control, and we may consider a refund, partial refund, or rescheduling, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
