• All Services require a minimum 50% deposit to HOLD the dates/reservation. 
• Payment of the balance is due on the day of the session. 
• Prices do not include prints, and we will send all files digitally. 
• Waiting to reserve can result in no available dates (we always recommend reserving within an anticipated timeframe).

• Turnaround for photography sessions is typically within the one to two-week range.
• Turnaround for video production is typically within the two to four-week range.
• Turnaround for weddings is typically within the four to five-week range.
• A private online gallery is included for our customers (valid for 6 months), after which we do not save your work. We are not responsible if you do not download it within the specified timeframe.
• The stated number of photographs is a minimum base; depending on the group size, we will always strive to provide you with the most & best pictures from the photographer’s selection.

We offer a 48-hour grace period after your initial deposit is made. If you contact us within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. After 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable, as your date and time are reserved and removed from our availability. However, we understand that plans can change, and in many cases, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

Please note that payment processing fees on deposits are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party providers.

• At Pacific Photography, we take great pride in delivering polished, professionally edited imagery and video that represents our creative vision and quality standards. For this reason, RAW photo and video files are not included or distributed, as they are unfinished production assets. All final deliverables are carefully selected and edited by our team to ensure the highest professional presentation.

• We retain RAW content for a maximum of 30 days from the session for any necessary modifications. After this period, all RAW content will be deleted.

• Pacific Photography is a part of the unity Pacific Marketing Agency, a partnership between Johnathan Reynar & Rafael Laurent Rojas.
• Services are completely bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Costa Rica-based, but travels outside the country for work once quoted and payment is completed.
• We are equipped with all the professional equipment needed to provide you with the services stated on our website.
• We don’t sell your information; all the information we gather is provided by you and solely for contact purposes and to send you the finished product.
