The lush rainforest meets the white sandy beaches, Costa Rica is a tropical paradise, and the perfect destination for wedding escapes for you and your loved one. Having a Costa Rica wedding will be the perfect backsplash to the beauty of your special day.
Pacific Photography is a small team of motivated photographers that want to capture those moments for you to cherish forever, from the small details of the bride and groom while they are getting ready to those perfect family moments that have to be caught on camera for anyone to believe. We split up and photograph each moment from start to finish of your wonderful tropical wedding.
WEDDING DESTINATIONS
In our area, the Central Pacific, we have a few hotspots such as; Villa Caletas Hotel & Los Sueños Marina & Marriott. These are quite popular for destination weddings in Costa Rica. If you are not in the Central Pacific and have another location in mind, we will travel to any area in the country (thank goodness it’s a small country) to capture your special day where you want it. Our affordable pricing ranges from just the ceremony to our complete package with you almost all day, capturing every small detail. Plus, we throw in a second session completely free for the newlyweds. The session can be a cute engagement session or recently married. Depending on where we are, we can find another unique location to capture these photos, changing the scenery.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
Rates for Central Valley (San Jose) – Central Pacific (Jaco). Outside rates are available.
Wedding turnaround is three weeks plus, depending on the package you’ve selected. Pacific Photography’s hourly wage after the given time for each wedding (each package is different) is $100USD per/hour. The prices are for Jaco and the surrounding area; outside the area, an extra fee will be added (transportation, lodging expenses, etc.). Wedding Packages C & X include Wedding Prep, which means we are there before the ceremony and take photos of the Bride and a few detailed shots. If there is time, we will capture the Groom (we will send our second photographer to capture this, as we are a 2 person team minimum). Wedding Package X also includes a bonus Engagement Session before the wedding if applicable or a Recently Married session after the wedding in the same location or another nearby location. Ask us about our “Remote Jungle Experiences” for memories truly unique! Video add-on for Website Packages include highlights from the entire session (ranging from one hour to five plus hours, depending on chosen package). Adding video to your session will increase the wedding turnaround to over a month (four weeks plus).

RESERVATION POLICY
*Prices are not final and are subject to change. *Prices above are before 13%IVA tax issued by law in Costa Rica. *Photography Pricing on the website is for Jaco and the surrounding area; outside the area, an extra fee may be added (transportation, lodging, expenses, etc.). *Packages & Photographer Services require a minimum 50% deposit to HOLD the dates/reservation. *We NOW accept credit/debit cards for deposits and payment of balance the day of the session! *All deposits via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Cash is accepted* (if applicable). *Balance may be paid the day of the event, before the photoshoot in any of the methods mentioned above (Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, or Cash). *Prices do not include prints, and we will send all files digitally. *Waiting to reserve can lead to NO available dates, we always recommend reserving within an anticipated timeframe. *Payments via credit/debit cards are through our sister site www.rey-design.com and its third-party credit card processing company; Tilopay. CANCELLATION POLICY
*Contact us within 48 hours of paying your deposit for your photography session for a full refund of your deposit. After that, there is no deposit refund since we are reserving the date and time for you and blocking our calendar. (Rescheduling may apply*). Understand that there are processing fees for every transaction that you forfeit when a refund is requested* Some circumstances are uncontrollable and we consider a refund/partial refund, or rescheduling, so please don’t hesitate to be in contact with us. – Terms & Conditions
