Reserving with us

º Videos that are for social media and wish to be boosted/promoted should stay within the 90-second limit. ª Dedicated online gallery for as long as you’re subscribed to the monthly social content. * Tax (VAT 13%) is not included. Tips are not included in the pricing, but are always welcome. Additional time rate is $100/hour. Turnaround for video production is typically within the two to four-week range.

Payments accepted: PayPal, Credit Card (via invoice link), Local Bank Transfer, & Cash (USD/CRC).

Rates for Central Valley (San Jose) – Central Pacific (Jaco). External rates are available and will be supplied by an agent. An additional fee may include transportation, lodging, and other expenses. All Services require a minimum 50% deposit to HOLD the dates/reservation. Payment of the balance is due on the day of the session. Prices do not include prints, and we will send all files digitally. Waiting to reserve can result in no available dates. We always recommend reserving within an anticipated timeframe. 

Our cancellation policy

Contact us within 48 hours of paying your deposit to receive a full refund of your deposit. After that, no deposit refunds will be given since we are reserving the date and time and blocking our calendar (rescheduling may apply). Be aware that there are processing fees for each transaction that are forfeited when a refund is requested. Some circumstances are beyond our control, and we may consider a refund, partial refund, or rescheduling, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
