• External rates are available and will be supplied by an agent (an additional fee may include transportation, lodging, and other expenses).
• All Services require a minimum 50% deposit to HOLD the dates/reservation. 
• Payment of the balance is due on the day of the session. 
• Prices do not include prints, and we will send all files digitally. 
• Waiting to reserve can result in no available dates (we always recommend reserving within an anticipated timeframe).

• Turnaround for photography sessions is typically within the one to two-week range.
• Turnaround for video production is typically within the two to four-week range.
• Turnaround for weddings is typically within the four to five-week range.
• A private online gallery is included for our customers (valid for 6 months), after which we do not save your work. We are not responsible if you do not download it within the specified timeframe.
• The stated number of photographs is a minimum base; depending on the group size, we will always strive to provide you with the most & best pictures from the photographer’s selection.

Contact us within 48 hours of paying your deposit to receive a full refund of your deposit. After that, no deposit refunds will be given since we are reserving the date and time and blocking our calendar (rescheduling may apply). Be aware that there are processing fees for each transaction that are forfeited when a refund is requested. Some circumstances are beyond our control, and we may consider a refund, partial refund, or rescheduling, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• We retain RAW content for a maximum of 30 days from the session for any necessary modifications (videos). After this period, all RAW content will be deleted.
• Requesting RAW content as an additional cost of $40.
• RAW image files are not accessible without the proper software. Pacific Photography can convert all image files to .jpg format, allowing you to view and edit them as needed.
• RAW video files are color-coded and require specialized software for editing.

• Pacific Photography is a part of the unity Pacific Marketing Agency, a partnership between Johnathan Reynar & Rafael Laurent Rojas.
• Services are completely bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Costa Rica-based, but travels outside the country for work once quoted and payment is completed.
• We are equipped with all the professional equipment needed to provide you with the services stated on our website.
• We don’t sell your information; all the information we gather is provided by you and solely for contact purposes and to send you the finished product.
