We offer a 48-hour grace period after your initial deposit is made. If you contact us within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

After 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable, as your date and time are reserved and removed from our availability. However, we understand that plans can change, and in many cases, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party providers.

For unexpected or exceptional circumstances, we are always open to reviewing your situation and may offer a partial refund, credit, or rescheduling option at our discretion. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can find the best possible solution.

Yes, absolutely. While we are based in Costa Rica, we regularly travel for projects both locally and internationally.

Our team has provided services in destinations such as Texas, New York, Canada, Jamaica, and beyond. We are always excited to take on new locations and bring our services wherever our clients need us.

If you’re planning a project outside of Costa Rica, simply reach out with your details and we’ll provide a custom quote, including all travel logistics to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which officially reserves your date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or event.

We offer multiple convenient payment options, including:
Credit Card (via secure invoice), PayPal, Local Bank Transfer, and Cash (USD or CRC).
Please note that payments may appear under Pacific Marketing Agency, Pacific Photography, or REY Design, depending on the processing method.

Costa Rica’s tropical climate means the sun is strong and the light can be intense during midday. For the best results, we recommend scheduling outdoor sessions during the early morning or late afternoon, when lighting is softer, temperatures are more comfortable, and conditions are ideal for photography.

• Morning Sessions: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Afternoon Sessions: After 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM

These timeframes allow us to capture natural, flattering light while avoiding harsh shadows and excessive heat. During certain times of the year, afternoon sessions can also align with beautiful sunset conditions, adding an extra layer of color and atmosphere to your photos. (Note that during the rainy season we only recomend the morning session due to the chance of rain).

We understand that early mornings aren’t always ideal—especially on vacation—but the difference in quality is significant, and the results are always worth it.

Our delivery timelines are designed to ensure every image and video is carefully selected, edited, and presented at the highest quality:

• Photography Sessions: Delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks
• Video Production: Delivered within approximately 2–4 weeks
• Weddings: Delivered within approximately 4–5 weeks

All final content is delivered through a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your files. Your gallery will remain active for 6 months, so we recommend downloading and backing up your content within this timeframe.

Please note that the number of images provided represents a minimum guaranteed amount. In most cases, you will receive more, as we always aim to deliver the best selection of images from your session.

Our standard pricing is based on projects located within the Central Pacific (Jaco area) and Central Valley (San José)regions.

For locations outside of these areas, pricing may vary due to additional travel requirements, which can include transportation, lodging, and extended travel time. Because every project is unique, these factors are calculated on a case-by-case basis to ensure proper planning and service quality.
